I’m using Conn for a functional connectivity analysis with approximately 30 patients with anorexia nervosa (AN) and 30 age-matched healthy controls (HC). I'm following the default preprocessing pipeline, and I'm currently deciding between the conservative (95th percentile) and intermediate (97th percentile) settings on the preprocessing.

Considering the clinical nature of the sample and the need to balance signal preservation with noise reduction, I would appreciate your advice on which setting might be more appropriate for this type of group comparison.
