Hello, 

I am working on visualizing WM and CSF time-series that was used for denoising and the PCA maps where those time-series came from. 

I was able to find WM and CSF PCA time-series in the "ROI_*" file, but it was 16 all PCAs not the 5 I actually used in the denoising steps. 

Would you guide me which file contains the index or information that among 16, which 5 PCA was used?

Also, would you guide me which file I can find the PCA maps these 5 time-series was derived?

FYI, I am using v22 and this project is for NHP, so all registration was done outside, templates and labels were given as a custom not following a standard preprocessing steps.
