Dear all,

I am preprocessing an fMRI dataset consisting of two sessions and one anatomical file per subject.

For some participants, the output fMRI data after the “Functional Realignment and Unwarp” step (the u file) shows severe cropping of the volume, as illustrated in the attached image or via this link: https://imgur.com/a/zA1uIPa.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
