Dear CONN experts,

 

I am writing to get a clarification regarding an inconsistency I’ve encountered while using CONN for second-level analysis. Using established procedure, I extracted first-level values for all subjects and conditions as described in the manual for running statistics externally.

 

Specifically, I exported these values to SPSS and performed the same statistical tests (e.g., group comparisons). However, my results in SPSS do not align with those generated by CONN’s  second-level analysis.

 

Could you kindly advise on why this discrepancy might occur?
