I executed preprocessing in CONN and am now wondering how the reports in CONN are formed, when it comes to quality assurance pre-analysis. I'm specifically asking for the co-registration step, because in other viewer programs (SPM display and FSLeyes) my data seems to be aligned, but in the CONN report, it looks off (specifically with functional data). 

I'm attaching the display of functional/structural slices (in MNI space) of the same subject, viewed with SPM and from the CONN report.
