How to analyze longitudinal changes in CONN toolbox with two groups and unbalanced follow-up?
Hi everyone,
I would like to ask for advice on how to analyze longitudinal changes in CONN toolbox. I have two groups (patients and controls) and four time points. However, I do not have the same subjects at each time point due to dropout (i.e., sample attrition across sessions).
What would be the best way to set up the analysis in CONN toolbox under these conditions? Is there a recommended strategy for handling missing data when subjects are not present in all time points?
Thanks a lot for any guidance!
