Entering already preprocessed structural data as input to CONN for functional MRI preprocessing

I would like to ask regarding the way input data are entered into CONN for functional MRI preprocessig. I have already preprossessed the structural MRI using SPM and CAT. Now I would like to enter the outputs that I got from SPM/CAT into CONN for preprocessing the functional MRI. How can I do this?
