Hi Meagan,

Assuming this is a problem with permissions among the different users that may have contributed to your project, I would try loading your CONN project and running from Matlab command-line window the function conn_fixpermissions, repeating this for every user that may have created their own files in this project (unless you are an admin on that machine and you can change permissions for other users yourself). The function conn_fixpermissions adds read/write permissions to your project files for the group a user is in, so this solution assumes that the different users in your case are all part of the same group. Please let me know otherwise.
