Hi Fabian,
SPM/CONN add prefixes to the filenames for the outputs of each preprocessing step (e.g. a prefix 'u' is added when you run the "realign and unwarp" preprocessing step). These prefixes are described in https://web.conn-toolbox.org/fmri-method...
Also, in case this helps, a file named swauswaufPriming.nii indicates that you may have run a standard preprocessing pipeline two times sequentially on the same data (which is not a good idea); assuming that your original functional data was named 'fPriming.nii', so a file named 'swaufPriming.nii' would be the output of a standard pipeline that runs realignment (ufPriming.nii), STC (aufPriming.nii), normalization (waufPriming.nii) and smoothing (swaufPriming).
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hi there,
During preprocessing, CONN generates files such as:
.../p01/wc2cwc0csT1_RAS.nii
.../swauswaufPriming.nii
Could someone explain what the different letters in this filename (e.g., w, c2, etc.) stand for?
Thanks in advance!
