Hey all,

We are hoping to attempt to look at connectivity within some of our spinal cord data that has corresponding brain data. We were wondering if this was possible to perform in CONN so that the spine and brain data would have gone through similar analyses for comparison.

Is it possible to compute connectivity of spine data in conn? Our data have been fully preprocessed and would only need to acess the analyses. I know there would be some need to upload a different analysis mask, etc. 

Would appreciate any thoughts here!
