Sorry about that, if you use the most recent version of CONN (the development version available at https://gitub.com/alfnie/conn) that should work without a problem. Please let me know if you still run into any issues (the issues you describe are caused by some changes to Matlab's graphic engine introduced in Matlab R2025 which have been addressed through several updates in the last few months)
