Dear CONN expert,

I'm using ALFF analysis to extract BOLD activity from specific ROIs.

Since I want to extract the 62 subjects' BOLD signal, all the steps I take are:
1. Second-level analyses
2. All subjects
3. Display results
4. SPM
5. Contrast --> all --> Default one --> Done
6. Applying masking --> image
7. Selecting mask region --> .nii
8. Nature of mask --> inclusive 
9. p-value adjustment to control --> FWE --> 0.05
10. & extent threshold (voxels) --> 0
11. eigenvariate
12. name of region --> "name"
13. don't adjust
14. VOI definition --> cluster

My questions are:
1.  Are there any pre-steps I'm missing out?
2. Based on the aim I specified above, should I use either cluster or mask?
3. Which is the unit of measure for extracted values?
