Thank you very much for reporting this issue. That was actually a bug in the code in the way it handled potentially-rectangular ROI-to-ROI connectivity matrices when exporting RRC matrices as .mtx.nii files. I have included a fix for this issue in the latest update to CONN development version (you may download the development version from github.com/alfnie/conn, or see https://web.conn-toolbox.org/resources/c... for details). If you could give that a try and let me know if you still run into any issues that would be great.
