Dear all,

I'm coming from a math/cs background with a high interest in clustering algorithms and (since some months) applications to neuroscience. I was pointed to this project by Pierre Bellec and it looks very interesting to my to experiment a bit with clustering algorithms on these data sets while not having to worry about the preprocessing steps.
I've done a lot of reading on the internet and found a diverse scala of toolboxes for neuroscience (for matlab/python, things I prefer), but not many good `how-to-get-started' references. 
I recently implemented a new clustering algorithm (in Matlab) and I would like to apply this to adhd200 data set and visualize the clusters so I'm hoping that you can point me in the right direction. I.e., basic processing such as how to convert the data into a usable graph, how to visualize it etc..

Any help is appreciated!
