Hi Pierre,
Thanks for the suggestions, I'll have another look at SPM. At a glance it seemed quite complex though. I also came across (py-)MVPA are you familiar with them as well or is SPM really the way to go?
I am going to look into the parcellation process but look forward to your parcellated data set, I'm pretty excited about this data.
Also thanks for the visualization pointers, but I guess I wasn't specific enough because I ment something to create clustermaps such as http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index...
