Hm, that is strange, it seems that only a small part of my message came through last time. I didn't check it until now.

I've got two questions about the preprocessing and the data which I hope you can answer.
(1) Why is the fmri written into a 4x4x4 MNI space? Don't you lose (important) information when you do that and wouldn't it be better to keep it in the 1x1x1 space?
(2) Why does the AAL ROI atlas contain 116 (although the wiki says 115) ROIs, in the corresponding paper I could only find information about 45 rois (or 90 if you consider both hemipheres), so where do the other 13 ROIs come from?
