Looks your installation of AFNI is messed up--error on libglib, Additionally, it can't find your FSL binaries, be sure those are installed appropriately and the install directory is added to your path.

If you used fink when setting up AFNI, you can try
fink install glib glib2

To install glib

all the fslmath and flirt errors are due to not finding your FSL binaries.
