Hi everyone,

I want to eidt the scripts and run it on the ADHD200 data. I could not find any information on how run the scripts to get the preprocessed data. It seems I need the atlas template and save them in a absolute path of my mahcine. I need FSL and AFNI and set my path so the script can find the executable. But I don't understand why each subject has a script file. Do I need to run same script on each subject? where should I run the script and what's the arguments of it?

One thing I want to change is the spatial smoothing on the functional data. I don't want spatial smoothing but still want other preprocessing steps like motion correction.
