Thanks for the information Maarten.
I'm working on the ADHD200 so I prefer to use the preproc.sh script
coming with the ADHD200 dataset.

The ADHD200 preprocessed data are an initiative from the NeuroBureau. Those data include the ADHD200 data preprocessed through several other pipelines (except the original scripts).
