I am sorry that I haven't replied earlier, but I do not monitor this forum very regularly. As you mentioned before, your questions are more appropriate for the ADHD_preproc forum on the Neuro Bureau page.

I used a script per subject so that I could easily preprocess multiple subjects in parallel on a cluster. The basic script is the same across subjects, except for a few parameters at the top that must be changed to match the scanning parameters used to acquire the data. The is site specific so it might be more appropriate to say that a script will be correct for every subject for a site, but that each site will have a different script.
