Hi, I've been trying to run the preprocessing step in CONN and keep getting the following error:

CONN: RUNNING PREPROCESSING STEP
??? Error using ==> spm_write_vol at 22
Incompatible dimensions.

Error in ==> conn_process at 538

Error in ==> conn_process at 12

The program runs my first few subjects fine, and then seems to hang on one for reasons I can't figure out - it creates the "Data_Subject_Condition" mat file for this subject, but not the beta files. Apologies if this is a basic question, any help is appreciated!
