even i do face same problem
CONN: RUNNING SETUP STEP
SOME ERROR FOUNDS!: Please revise the Setup information
ERROR: Subject 1 ROI 2 file has not been defined
ERROR: Subject 1 ROI 3 file has not been defined
ERROR: Subject 1 Session 1 first-level covariate Rest mismatched dimensions (140 rows, while functional data has 81 scans; the number of rows of a first-level covariate should equal the number of scans for this subject/session)
can some one correct my issue please
