Sorry, I found an answer to my question in an older thread:

Therfore, I would load the connectivity maps and preprocess them in order to get the mean timeseries for those ROIs in the results/preprocessing folder:
ROI_Subject###_Condition###.mat files
Though, I am still not sure what the difference between d1data and d2data would mean.
