RE: change spatial resolution
Hi Hong,
This option in the gui (in Setup->Options->Spatial resolution) is disabled if your planned analyses only include ROI-to-ROI analyses (since this option only applies really to seed-to-voxel or voxel-to-voxel analyses). If you select any of the 'seed-to-voxel' or 'voxel-to-voxel' checkboxes these voxel-level options will become enabled again, and you should be able to select 'same as functionals' or 'same as structurals' as alternative spatial resolutions for your voxel-level analyses. Let me know if this helps.
Best
Alfonso

Hello,
It's been very helpful following the discussions on this forum. Thank you.
I have a basic question about setting up spatial resolution in CONN. We are using CONN13 and the output is always in voxels of 2mm, even though all data inputs are in voxels of 3 mm, I tried to go to the "Setup -> Options" tab to change spatial resolution, but there's only the "Same as template (2mm isotropic)" option available.
Is there any other way to change the spatial resolution to other than 2mm?
Thank you,
Hong
