ART output
Dear all
I use ART to do quality control before CONN. I have a task-run with three conditions (Instruction, Rest, Movement) and BOLD time series of 110 volumes. I use differences between scans to identify outliers. When I save the motion statistics using the Art GUI, I get a .mat file with a 3x51 matrix called "mv_stats". As far as I understand, rows are mean/SD/max of every statistic, and the first 6 columns are x/y/z translations and rotations. What do the remaining columns represent? Where can I look it up?
Many thanks,
Eugenio
