Merge subjects
I've run first level analyses on several subjects, but I set them
up with 1 analysis containing 1 subject. I'd like to merge them
into a single project, but I'm getting errors using the Merge
button:
Mismatched TR with project /home/pipeline/onrc/data/pipeline/S8885MPT/1/Connectivity/analysis/S8885MPT1.mat
Mismatched ROI names with project /home/pipeline/onrc/data/pipeline/S8885MPT/1/Connectivity/analysis/S8885MPT1.mat
Mismatched condition names with project /home/pipeline/onrc/data/pipeline/S8885MPT/1/Connectivity/analysis/S8885MPT1.mat
Mismatched first-level covariate names with project /home/pipeline/onrc/data/pipeline/S8885MPT/1/Connectivity/analysis/S8885MPT1.mat
Mismatched second-level covariate names with project /home/pipeline/onrc/data/pipeline/S8885MPT/1/Connectivity/analysis/S8885MPT1.mat
Mismatched TR with project /home/pipeline/onrc/data/pipeline/S6305IVK/1/Connectivity/analysis/S6305IVK1.mat
Mismatched ROI names with project /home/pipeline/onrc/data/pipeline/S6305IVK/1/Connectivity/analysis/S6305IVK1.mat
Mismatched condition names with project /home/pipeline/onrc/data/pipeline/S6305IVK/1/Connectivity/analysis/S6305IVK1.mat
Mismatched first-level covariate names with project /home/pipeline/onrc/data/pipeline/S6305IVK/1/Connectivity/analysis/S6305IVK1.mat
Mismatched second-level covariate names with project /home/pipeline/onrc/data/pipeline/S6305IVK/1/Connectivity/analysis/S6305IVK1.mat
The batch.m files are identical except for subject ID, so the TR, ROI, condition name, covariate names, are the same.
I'm interested in running 1 subject per first level analysis as part of a pipeline, then combining different groups of subjects later into a second level.
