We've been using CONN for some analyses, and now I'm starting a new analysis following the same steps, but when I get to the end of Setup I get these errors:
CONN: RUNNING SETUP STEP
SOME ERROR FOUNDS!: Please revise the Setup information
ERROR: Subject 1 does not have any scan associated with condition Rest
ERROR: Subject 2 does not have any scan associated with condition Rest
ERROR: Subject 3 does not have any scan associated with condition Rest
ERROR: Subject 4 does not have any scan associated with condition Rest

Etc.
I'm using Conn 13.p on matlab R2013b and spm8 is the version of SPM.
When I check in the "Functional" window, each subject shows that they have a file associated with them, with the right number of frames for the Rest condition, and the brain images there and for structural look right. The TR is set correctly, and each subject has a Rest condition with onset zero and the right duration in seconds.

Any idea what could be causing this error? As far as we can tell we're setting it up exactly the same way that has run correctly before, and it's not clear why it's not working now.
