Notes:
The tool fmriqa_phantomqa.pl implements several recommendations of
the fBIRN Calibration working group in analyzing fMRI data from a
spherical agar-filled phantom. This version of the recommendations
were implemented in the fBIRN starting in 2007, and have been
enhanced and extended to the current date (2009). A major subset of
these recommendations come from the following publication:
