SeeCAT
SeeCAT (Seed-based Connectivity Analysis Toolbox) is a MATLAB toolbox with a graphical interface for brain functional connectivity analysis of resting-state fMRI. Version 2.0 is a rewrite that needs only SPM and goes from a BIDS dataset to BIDS-derivatives outputs. It includes: 1) DICOM to BIDS conversion (dcm2niix included); 2) preprocessing, or fMRIPrep outputs as input; 3) denoising; 4) seed-based functional connectivity; 5) voxel-wise degree centrality; 6) connectivity gradients; 7) multi-site harmonisation (ComBat); 8) group statistics; and 9) a viewer for the results. Every step can also be run from scripts, and a resumed run skips the steps that are already finished. English and Chinese manuals are included. Source code: https://github.com/mingruixia/SeeCAT
