My project has two visits, and each visit has a pre, during, and post fMRI. When I run the batch, it successfully creates the mean file for V1_pre and V2_pre, but when it proceeds to other files like V1_during, it fails with the message that mean file was not found. In my script, I first remove the 5 first volumes, then run the conn default preprocessing batch. Could the problem be with the logic of my code?
