Is there something wrong about the winter mode of colormap for negative T maps?
Hi,
I did a two-sample t-test (A < B groups), but I found the color bar/map for the statistic result was incorrect (i.e., the color ranged from green to orange) when I chose winter mode in using surface mapping with conn, while it appread correct after I change the comparison direction (A > B) oppositively.
