I'm trying to extract connectivity values between a seed and an ROI. I try to do so by loading the 2nd-level results and then selecting "Import Values". This opens up the "REX Interface" dialog box which says "Explore model effects and activation/connectivity values within individual ROIs/clusters". I then select the first option to say "other clusters of interest or ROIS (select mask/file)" and select my one ROI file. I leave the second option to say "effect/activation/connectivity values in current analysis" and press "OK". Then I see a screen listing 2nd-level covariates to import, and find that the ROI has been divided into 2 clusters ("001" and "002"). What is the reason for separating the ROI into 2 clusters, and how do I know which area each cluster corresponds to?
