Denoising when comparing rest and task time courses
Dear Alfonso and all CONN experts,
As part of our study we want to correlate time-courses between rest and task runs in each subject, and I was wondering if in this case it would be better to include or not to include the condition effect (rest/task) in the confounds during the denoising step of each run?
