Hello everyone!

I'm encountering difficulties with calculating Z and r values. I've written a MATLAB code to transform T-values (with degrees of freedom), but the resulting correlation coefficient (r) doesn't match the one I obtained in SPSS (specifically, I extracted connectivity values from the cluster, the ones that appeared in tools->calculator and correlated them with another second-level covariate that i also had in CONN). Can anyone offer insight into why this discrepancy might occur?
