Second-level covariates error

Hi Alfonso,

I have been running a cross-sectional analysis with several second level covariates. I entered them in the GUI and know that each one has a value. However when I run a SBC and ROI to ROI analysis I keep getting the following error:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:

Error using conn_process
Null design matrix (all subjects have missing data or all selected covariates have zero or NaN values). Please check your
second-level covariates

Error in conn_process (line 99)
 case 'results_voxel', [varargout{1:nargout}]=conn_process(16,varargin{:});

Error in conn (line 12387)
 else conn_process('results_voxel','dosingle','seed-to-voxel');

Error in conn (line 11468)

Do you have advice for how to figure out where the error is and why it is occuring?

Thank you,

Lauren
