Second level Analysis 3D display with monkey data

Dear Alfonso and conn experts,

I am doing an fMRI resting state analysis on Macaque using CONN, but the 3D display in second-level analysis still refers to the MNI space.

I am writing to ask you if it is possible to change the human default render with a nonhuman primate one. Is there a way to make Conn use the monkey surface?

Thank you.

RE: Second level Analysis 3D display with monkey data

Dear Luciano,

I tried to use CONN on dogs, and I was looking for the same answer. I could just change the anatomical files on the GUI settings with the atlas from dog that i have in .nii format. This can allow you to see in the 2nd level analysis at least the results in the "slices modality", but I still don't know how to change the other modalities. If you got other solutions I would be more then happy to know them.

Hope this would help you,

Giulia
