After running DeterministicTracking，I'd like to do network construction in utilities. T1images had been preprocessed by FSL, but PartitionTemplate2FA failed, and showed a dialog box asking me to examine the file "logs/dti_pipeline.loginfo" in the result path. I don't know what's wrong with it. Thanks for help!

Dear Jie Hu,

It seemed that the log files of PANDA are damaged.
PANDA cannot continue the program.

You can use Tracking & Network in Utilities of PANDA to do Deterministic Fiber Tracking & Network only.

I have uploaded the vedio of PANDA to the nitrc .

      Here is another question. My linux system lacks the file "libmng.so.1" to run fslview, and there's no resolution to this problem in your fsl installation manual. Could you please tell me what to do with it or where I can download the file? Thanks a lot!

       If your system is 32-bit, you can use this file.

       Put this file in /lib.

       Then FSLView will be OK.

       If your system is 64-bit, I will search this file in the Internet.

       If the problem is solved, please give me feedback.
