error with DTIfit processing
Hello,

I am first off trying simply to run the DTI processing pipeline.

However, when I get up to the dtifit stage (with 23 steps to be processed) it fails.

I have checked the logs file and have received the following message:

" Undefined function or variable 'applywarp_MD_1mm_00022'.
CalculateJobStatusMain in /home/alistair/toolbox/PANDA/CalculateJobStatusMain.m at 94
{??? Input argument "LockFlag" is undefined.

Error in ==> CalculateJobStatusMain at 15
    if ~exist(MonitorTagPath, 'file') & LockFlag"

Anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?

RE: error with DTIfit processing
I have been using 4.1.8.

I downloaded and replaced the file g_dtifit.m.

However, I have still been receiving the same error message.

Thanks,

Alistair

RE: error with DTIfit processing
The error is:

"Error: data and bvals/bvecs do not contain the same number of entries"

Maybe it's the matter of your data.

RE: error with DTIfit processing
I have the same problem:
Error: data and bvals/bvecs do not contain the same number of entries.

How I can correct it? attachments are my bvals/bvecs; are they ok? could you provide a right example.
