Dear Alba,

Yes, PANDA will not work well with Ubuntu version FSL.
You should use Centos version FSL.

In the program, we use 'system' command of MATLAB to call and execute FSL command.
However, command of ubuntu version FSL cannot called by MATLAB.
I don't know why.

RE: Does Panda recognise FSL (ubuntu version)?
Dear Zaixu,

I tried to install Centos version FSL in Ubuntu but FSL installer failed 'cause it does not longer support 32 bit Linux.
So, I need to install FSL from source.

Does PANDA work in Ubuntu if I install FSL from source?

Thanks in advance.

Dear Alba,

I'm sorry.
PANDA will not work well with ubuntu debian version FSL.

Maybe you can try 64bit centos system.
