I input my dti data to panda, but an error message appeared as 'The input for the 1 subject is illegal'. My data were put like follows:
/media/su/DTI/sub001,
/media/su/DTI/sub002,
....
/media/su/DTI/sub0030,
and there are three files (bvecs, bvals, dti.nii) in each folder. What's the  problem? I'll appreciate you help.

You should create a sub-folder under /media/su/DTI/sub001, and then put three files (bvecs, bvals, dti.nii) under the sub-folder.

Please look up the manual, 'Preparing raw data' part.

I created a sub-folder using a random name under /media/su/DTI/sub001 as you told me, it didn't work. But it finally worked when I named the sub-folder 'DTI'.
