Panda with Octave in CentOS
Hi everyone,

I installed Octave and set path (and I think it worked) but obviously something is wrong as I cannot execute Panda, by writing Panda in Octave.
Could you help me please?

Hi, Alba,

Only command line can be used in Octave, the GUI cannot open in Octave.

You should learn to use the function g_dti_pipeline.m in Octave. For detail, you can see the manual in the head of the script.

We released the octave version PANDA in April 2013, and haven't updated it because few people use it.

I recommend you the matlab version PANDA.
