Activation outside template (solved)
Dear all,
I'm using CONN with an already preprocessed data. Our data is normalized at 3x3x3 and CONN has as default 2x2x2. It could be a problem??? Since now when we check the confounds, these seems to be outside of the template brain. (not to much, but are not fitted)

I've realized that the Analysis Mask option was marked as template not as our functionals!
