Hello CONN experts,

my analysis stops at the last Denoising step 6/6: Updating Analysis variables. I receive an error reading "Run first the Denoising step by pressing "Done" in the Denoising tab", which is of course what I am trying to do, but where the program stops.The matlab command window reads: "Not ready to process step conn_process_9".

Because of previous similar errors, I made sure that all analyses were enabled in the Setup step and the orientations of all functional and structural scans are correct.

Matlab is on my Mac, but the data, CONN and SPM are on an external hard drive. 

I have been stuck here for quite some time now, any help is much appreciated!

this error was resolved by downloading the newest version of CONN.

I have downloaded the newest version of CONN(17f), but it still comes out that: "Not ready to process step conn_process_9". Maltab is 12b, and spm 12. Is the version of matlab too old? Help please.
