default preprocessing pipeline CONN toolbox
Dear all, Dear Alfonso,

I am using the default preprocessing pipeline in CONN toobox for my analyses, with some modifications, I choosed:
-realignment and unwrap
-slice-timing correction
-co-registeration with structural data
-spatially normalization into the standard MNI space
-smoothing

I am sorry for this simple question, but which is the specific technique used for EPI distortion correction?

Thank you in advance for you time,

Dear Image Neuro

The 'realign and unwarp' method implements the removal of dynamic EPI distortions (movement-by-susceptibility interactions) as described in http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/toolbox/unwarp/, and, if in addition you have FieldMap vdm files, the same step will also correct for static EPI distortions as described in http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/toolbox/fieldmap/

Hope this helps
Alfonso
