I have a question regarding the "import values" function: I imported values from 5 significant clusters in the seed2voxel results explorer window. I also used the "export mask" function and imported the clusters as ROIs into my project. Next, I used the import values function in secondlevel Roi2Roi window and imported the values from my original target ROI and the new ROIs from the significant clusters.

Now to the question: I would have expected get exactly the same values from the two types of importing the values, but this is not the case. I can see that the values are similar, but they differ to some extent. Could you help me to understand why this is the case?
