Colour bar connectivity z scores
Hi there,
I have done RSN and outcome correlation analyses in Conn 17.c. I cannot determine how to obtain the colour bar connectivity z scores when I use SPM display.
After I apply my render in SPM12, and add in my colour bar, it ranges from 0 to 128, which according to the colour map editor, represents the "index". I am not sure how I can get the colour bar to represent the connectivity z scores?
