Hi everyone,

I'm a beginner user of the connbox and for now I try to run parallel jobs with it. As you can see on the screenshot, I've come to an issue where it seems my jobs continue running but they are said to be "finishing". As I could read on another topic, it's actually normal to wait some minutes, but for me it has lasted for hours now, and I don't know what to do. I'm on preproc step and I'd just like to go the denoising step.

Some (May be) useful information :

- I run parallel jobs on debian OS on a 20 core machine
- On windows OS I didn't have any issues with scripts
- In folders, expected files (*.nii and *.matc) are here, so it's seems preproc are done
- The 20 Processors are (almost) not in use since i got the message stating jobs are finishing
