Hi,
Is there a way to display selected ROIs from the default CONN atlas (HOA/AAL) on a surface for visualization purposes?
I noticed something similar in jpegs of the atlas in the CONN ROI folder.

Hi Emmanuel,
One simple way to do this is in the main Setup.ROIs tab, by selecting the ROI atlas file that you want to display and then clicking on 'ROI tools. 3d volume viewer'. That will bring up a gui to select the desired subset of ROIs among all existing ROIs within the selected atlas file, and it will then create a displaying showing only the selected ROI(s).
