Anyone know formula to convert to cohen's d given the following info from a repeated measures connectivity analysis...

T(1,9) = 9.03

difference in pre and post connectivity = .14

I see this formula commonly, but don't entirely understand how I would get a measure of SD in CONN 

d = (mean 1 - mean 2) / SD
