Hi Merina,
In case this helps I run a unit test comparing versions 13f and 14f and I do get identical seed-to-voxel maps if I use in both the same atlas file and uncheck in 14f the 'detrending' and 'despiking' options. Let me know if you find any differences in your results.
If you are observing reduced sensitivity in your 14f results (with the new atlas and detrending/despiking options checked) I would suggest perhaps trying only unchecking the 'despiking' option to see if that helps (I typically prefer using ART to have CONN implement scrubbing instead of using despiking, and we are hoping to make this the default option in CONN as well as a more tailored way to address potential outliers in the BOLD signal)
